Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, Life happens! We do our best to stay flexible while keeping space for every family that needs care.

STANDARD VISITS (Daily drop-ins, walk, etc)

• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before visit: 50% of the total booking is due. 
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before visit: Full service fee applies. 
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to visit: No Charge

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS

• Require a non-refundable 25% deposit at time of booking
• Balance due 7 days before start date
• If cancelled 7 days or less before start date: Deposit forfeited + 50% of remaining total amount booked

OVERNIGHT & TRAVEL CARE

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date: No Charge
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before start date: 50% of total stay is non-refundable
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before start date: Full fee applies

EMERGENCY

• If you must cancel due to a "verified" emergency (medical, weather event, family emergency), fees may be waived or credited at PetPal, LLC's discretion. 

Early Return

• No refunds for unused visits if not notified prior to 24 hours.

Extended Visits

• We will do our best to accommodate extended visits. Additional charges apply at our standard rate(s).
